Meet The Business Owner

Luis Nieto III

Mr. Nieto is a former professional in the federal government, with a distinguished career spanning the intelligence and law enforcement sectors. He brings extensive expertise in polygraph examination, interviewing, interrogation, and vulnerability assessment, supported by advanced training and field experience. Throughout his service, he conducted and supervised numerous polygraph tests, interviews, interrogations, and investigations on behalf of federal agencies.


His law enforcement journey began as a Texas Peace Officer with The University of Texas Police Systems. He later joined U.S. Customs and Border Protection, further expanding his scope of operations and insight into national security matters. As a Master Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Mr. Nieto led advanced training programs for future federal agents before assuming roles within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and other high-level government organizations.


Mr. Nieto earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University and has undergone rigorous investigative instruction throughout his career. He is also a graduate of the prestigious National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA), recognized globally for its elite polygraph training programs.

Contract Polygraph Examiner

Jose A. Vicente

 Mr. Vicente is a certified polygraph examiner and a graduate of the American International Institute of Polygraph. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Police Polygraphists, the Florida Polygraph Association, and the American Polygraph Association, reflecting his ongoing commitment to industry standards and continuous learning.


With over 6,000 polygraph examinations conducted to date, Mr. Vicente brings extensive experience to both criminal and administrative investigations. His work has supported cases involving homicides, bank and commercial robberies, sexual battery, theft, missing persons, internal affairs inquiries, confidential informants, employment screenings, and workplace theft. He is also certified to administer polygraph tests for post-conviction sexual offenders.


In addition to his polygraph expertise, Mr. Vicente offers more than 28 years of distinguished service in law enforcement training and personnel development. His broad experience includes recruiting and processing applicants, conducting background investigations, hiring, mentoring, and training new officers. He has served as a field training officer, academy instructor, and class coordinator, shaping the careers of countless professionals entering the force.

Contract Polygraph Examiner

Edward V. Pollock

Mr. Pollock is a certified polygraph examiner with comprehensive training through PEAK Credibility Assessment, encompassing basic and advanced polygraph techniques, inductive interviewing, and Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT). He holds dual Master of Science degrees in Criminology and Public Safety from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.


With over 27 years of distinguished service in law enforcement, Mr. Pollock has held key positions at a New Jersey Correctional Institution, the Galloway Township Police Department, and the Atlantic City Police Department. His responsibilities have spanned serious criminal investigations, oversight of detention facilities, and supervisory leadership in patrol operations.


Mr. Pollock possesses extensive expertise in major crime investigations, including white-collar offenses, accident reconstruction, and public safety matters. He has provided expert testimony in numerous judicial proceedings throughout his career.


He maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American Polygraph Association, the Florida Polygraph Association, the American Association of Police Polygraphists, the Florida Association of Private Investigators, and is an Affiliate Member of both the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) and the Florida ATSA (FATSA).

Noreen Pollock

Ms. Pollock is professionally trained in polygraph and interviewing methodologies through PEAK Credibility Assessment in Cape Coral, Florida. Her credentials include foundational, advanced, and Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT) polygraph training, as well as specialized instruction in private investigation.


She is an active associate member of the American Polygraph Association and a member of the Florida Polygraph Association. Her work focuses on the consultation and administration of polygraph examinations, with a primary emphasis on accuracy, discretion, and adherence to ethical standards.


Ms. Pollock brings over two decades of experience in the communications industry, where she has successfully developed and managed programs, contracts, and alternative market channels. Additionally, she has owned and operated a business for over six years, demonstrating entrepreneurial acumen and operational leadership.


Her academic background includes coursework at Camden County College and the State College of Florida, and she is a graduate of Cathedral Academy.

Administrative Assistant

Amaris Hunt

Ms. Hunt serves as the team’s Virtual Administrative Assistant, bringing over a decade of experience in administrative support, executive coordination, and organizational management. Known for her warm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, she has built a career distinguished by reliability, resourcefulness, and operational efficiency.


Ms. Hunt began her professional journey in 2013 with a local government agency in Tampa, Florida, where she quickly demonstrated her capacity to manage complex administrative functions with precision and professionalism. Her early work laid the foundation for her expertise in process optimization, records management, and the seamless execution of daily operations.


She is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Her academic background, combined with extensive hands-on experience, has equipped her with a strong command of leadership principles and strategic organizational practices.


Ms. Hunt is deeply committed to delivering excellence in service. She consistently anticipates team needs, implements structure, and enhances productivity through thoughtful coordination and proactive support. Her belief in consistency and attention to detail underscores her approach to helping organizations thrive.
