Mr. Nieto is a former government employee in the intelligence and law enforcement fields. He has extensive experience and specialized training in polygraph, interviewing, interrogation, and vulnerability assessment. He has conducted and quality-controlled numerous polygraph examinations, interviews, interrogations, and investigations for the federal government. Mr. Nieto began his career as a Texas Peace Officer for The University of Texas Police Systems before joining U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Mr. Nieto was an advanced training Master Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC) for several years before starting his tenure with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and other federal government organizations.
Mr. Nieto holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University and has received extensive investigative training. Mr. Nieto is a graduate of the world-renowned National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA).
Mr. Vicente is a graduate of the American International Institute of Polygraph, and he currently maintains memberships in several organizations, including the American Association of Police Polygraphists, the Florida Polygraph Association, and the American Polygraph Association. To date, Mr. Vicente has conducted over 6,000 polygraph examinations for criminal and administrative cases involving issues concerning homicides, robberies (commercial and bank), sexual batteries, theft, missing persons, confidential informants, Internal Affairs, employment, and employee theft of money and property. He is also certified to test post-conviction sexual offenders.
Mr. Vicente has over 28 years of experience in recruiting, processing, conducting backgrounds, hiring, training, mentoring, disciplining new officers, and being a field training officer, instructor, and academy class coordinator.
