Mr. Nieto is a former professional in the federal government, with a distinguished career spanning the intelligence and law enforcement sectors. He brings extensive expertise in polygraph examination, interviewing, interrogation, and vulnerability assessment, supported by advanced training and field experience. Throughout his service, he conducted and supervised numerous polygraph tests, interviews, interrogations, and investigations on behalf of federal agencies.
His law enforcement journey began as a Texas Peace Officer with The University of Texas Police Systems. He later joined U.S. Customs and Border Protection, further expanding his scope of operations and insight into national security matters. As a Master Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Mr. Nieto led advanced training programs for future federal agents before assuming roles within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and other high-level government organizations.
Mr. Nieto earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University and has undergone rigorous investigative instruction throughout his career. He is also a graduate of the prestigious National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA), recognized globally for its elite polygraph training programs.
Mr. Vicente is a certified polygraph examiner and a graduate of the American International Institute of Polygraph. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Police Polygraphists, the Florida Polygraph Association, and the American Polygraph Association, reflecting his ongoing commitment to industry standards and continuous learning.
With over 6,000 polygraph examinations conducted to date, Mr. Vicente brings extensive experience to both criminal and administrative investigations. His work has supported cases involving homicides, bank and commercial robberies, sexual battery, theft, missing persons, internal affairs inquiries, confidential informants, employment screenings, and workplace theft. He is also certified to administer polygraph tests for post-conviction sexual offenders.
In addition to his polygraph expertise, Mr. Vicente offers more than 28 years of distinguished service in law enforcement training and personnel development. His broad experience includes recruiting and processing applicants, conducting background investigations, hiring, mentoring, and training new officers. He has served as a field training officer, academy instructor, and class coordinator, shaping the careers of countless professionals entering the force.
